One Mind Dharma

One Mind Dharma is the brainchild of Matthew and Elizabeth Sockolov. Matthew became interested in Buddhism at the age of fourteen. He had the opportunity to read The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh. Matthew has studied at the Metta Forest Monastery in San Diego, at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and at Deer Park Monastery. Matthew had led several meditation groups at Against The Stream in Los Angeles and online. Currently, he dedicates himself to his online business Mindful marketing and One Mind Dharma.

Elizabeth Sockolov’s first introduction to meditation while battling her addiction to alcohol. She deeply believes in the Buddhist path to recovery and has hosted several retreats using refugee recovery into practice. Elizabeth is a graduate student at Sonoma State University. She is enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Elizabeth helps manage One Mind Dharma.
